Just Sharing Idea

I learnt a new sentence which is good to people who want to become a manager from my professor. It is “If you want to become a successful manager, you have to make sure that people under you working successfully.” It touches my heart seriously. In the future I will put this meaningful phrase to my life both family and work.

if you really want to be a successful manager, you should learn from a successful manager-- not from a successful professor. A successful manager can guide you to be a successful manager, a successful professor teach you only how to be a successful professor.

Learning is the first step of success, practicing is the second, so what is the next?
